So I'm back from the NY of C and it was incredible. I did really well at the UN and had a fabulous time and made many friends. I don't feel like going into much detail so I'm going to continue eating this chocolate cake in peace, please.

So yah, tomorrow I am going to NYC for a week with my class for a Model United Nations council. I went to D.C. a couple weeks ago (also with my class) as well. It was incredible seeing America's (arguably) most important city; where bills are passed and history is made. I've been to New York but it was a 4 day trip so I only got a taste of what it's like there. This time will be different because I'll be in a group of 20. The UN thing I will be going to is basically what real delegates do at the real United Nations except it's all mock, like a mock court trial. In a few months, I graduate the only school I've ever known. It's been like having a second family there, a small private school. I'm going into a large public school next fall with only one other person I know. Luckily she's one of my best friends. But, I've been kinda (really) terrified all the same. I watched a video on Youtube today by Carrie Fletcher called Leaping into the Unkown. It made me feel a heck of a lot better and if one of you ghosts is listenning and you're about to do something way diiferent and out there, something you've never done before, but you're nervous, watch this video.
